Zoisite

Origin

Anyolite (Zoisite) is a silicate of complex composition, containing aluminum and calcium. Sometimes the aluminum ions in this crystal are replaced by trivalent iron ions, which give it a characteristic pistachio green hue. In nature, it is found in green, green with red inclusions (ruby), white and pink (thulite), blue and light purple (tanzanite), yellow, brown, and red colors.
